ABN AMRO's Detecting Financial Crime (DFC) department is looking for a motivated Data Science Intern to join our diverse and internationally oriented data science team. In this internship, you will research and develop advanced NLP and transformer-based methods to extract entities from payment data - an essential capability for identifying transactions executed on behalf of others. You will work hands-on with Python, PySpark, and Databricks, collaborate closely with experienced data scientists, and contribute to impactful solutions that help the bank fight money laundering, fraud, and the financing of terrorism
