IMC Campaign Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

We are PH IMC Foundation Team, responsible for Campaign Merchandise Strategy, Monetization & Ads and Weekly Sale. Our goal is to make sure campaign strategies are continuously refined and that efficiency is optimized throughout all our processes. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. You will be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of e-commerce campaigns - from initial brainstorming and strategy development to execution and post-campaign analysis - gaining a full 360-degree understanding of how campaigns are run. Responsibilities - Assist the PM with tasks such as tracking sales of monetization projects, collecting brand materials, communicating with designers, and other aspects of campaign execution, ensuring the smooth launch of monetization resources - Coordinate with cross-functional teams on key projects, including local & cross-border AMs & merchants, align on deadlines & ensure these are met on-time - Assist in data collection & analysis using tools such as MS Excel - Perform ad-hoc tasks related to campaign operation & data tracking

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Actively enrolled university student - Good Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) - Good analytical thinker, comfortable with data processing - Strong communication & organizational skills Preferred Qualification: - Experience in local e-commerce market - Experience working on data entry, reporting, or content management tasks from school projects and/or internships - Strong self-motivation & ownership, excellent attention to detail & a track record of meeting deadlines If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@bytedance.com
