This Position reports to:Lead of Glob. Ind. Proc. Supp. Oper.

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Business Support Intern to support digital procurement tools and help ensure a smooth user experience across procurement processes. This role offers hands-on experience in procurement operations, ticket management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
* Provide first-line support for procurement digital tools by handling basic ServiceNow tickets
* Resolve issues related to workflows, purchase requisition (PR) submissions, stuck PRs, catalog requests, and goods receipt booking
* Collaborate with stakeholders and other departments to ensure timely ticket resolution
* Escalate complex or technical issues to second-line (L2) support teams
* Monitor support requests and contribute to continuous process improvement
* Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities within the Procurement team

Requirements
* Active student status, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Systems, or a related field
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders
* Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
* Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Knowledge of ServiceNow, procurement processes, or ERP systems is a plus
