Join us for an enriching and hands-on summer internship program at our HQ offices in Bucharest. We are offering a unique opportunity for students to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and gain invaluable experience that will jumpstart their careers.

As a participant in our History Makers internship program, you will:
- Engage in immersive learning experiences designed to deepen your understanding of the FMCG industry, including market trends, consumer behaviour, and supply chain dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real-world projects, gaining practical skills and insights into various aspects of our business operations.
- Receive mentorship and guidance from industry professionals who are committed to your growth and development.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions tailored to enhance your leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Have the opportunity to present your ideas and findings to senior leaders, contributing directly to the company's strategic initiatives.
- Network with peers and professionals from diverse backgrounds, fostering connections that may lead to future career opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Strong academic performance with a passion for learning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and eagerness to embrace new challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Fluency in English and Romanian is required.

Duration:
The summer internship academy will run for 3 months from July 1st to September 30th 2025. With the possibility of extension depending on the skills shown during the internship

-Online Logic Test (40 minutes)
-1 Day Assessment Center at our company headquarters
