Job Description Summary
Unison Engine Components - Bucharest S.A. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in daily operations through the employee lifecycle within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities
* Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing documentation and conducting initial orientations.
* Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Prepare reports and presentations as needed for HR projects.
* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
* Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
