Key responsibilities:
OTB | Forecasting
* Assist in planning OTB for stores
* Prepare for sales forecasts and stock landing estimates
* Ad-hoc reporting
Delivery Tracking and Optimisations
* Support planification, monitoring and optimisation of deliveries with Customer Service
* Update and communicate a cross-metier delivery calendar for Retail Merchandising team, Logistics and Stores
* Update Delivery Tracker and Dashboard in order to track invoicing per collection and to flag any alerts
* Send weekly invoicing email and important launch notes for visibility on incoming stock
Stock Monitoring throughout the Product Lifecycle
* Update and produce stock reporting and identify stock shortage and/or liabilities
* Follow up on pending orders with Customer Service
* Manage store transfer requests / direct orders and Omnichannel purchasing (Product Locator and E-reservation, CIS, Web to Shop)
* Support management of Phase out with all relevant stakeholders
Stock and Replenishment Management
* Collaborate with Retail Merchandising on defining and updating replenishment settings
* Coordinate with Logistics team to ensure smooth automatic replenishment between Warehouse and Stores
* Provide regular updates on stock situation and store requests and warehouse challenges
* Support with stock building for store animations, events and new openings
