We are seeking a self-motivated Intern to join our team to ensure our day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently
Position Responsibilities:
* Understand the existing business processes and participate actively in the post system implementation.
* Support for new business initiatives, operational activities, advisor inquiries, and post-sales assistance related to the submission of insurance and investment policies.
* Maintain and regularly update workflow processes and standard operating procedures.
* Manage and regularly report on data concerning new business submissions.
* Participate in the review and digitalization of processes to help companies streamline operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
* Strong interest in operations, process improvement, and financial services
* Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Able to commit from May 2026 to Aug 2026
* Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team
* Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
