Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and basic statistical tools
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma concepts is a plus
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Self-driven with a proactive attitude toward improvement

Key Responsibilities

* Support production teams in analyzing manufacturing processes and identifying improvement opportunities
* Collect, monitor, and analyze production data to track performance metrics (OEE, yield, downtime, etc.)
* Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions
* Assist in process optimization and standardization efforts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, and EHS
* Develop and update work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation
* Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe working environment
