The TikTok Shop Talent Acquisition team focuses on building high-performance teams for TikTok's e-commerce platform across SEA, shaping the future of eCommerce. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. - Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms. - Screen resumes to match qualifications with role requirements. - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams. - Support the tracking and updating of applicant information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). - Help prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to monitor hiring progress. - Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates. - Assist in providing a smooth and engaging interview experience
Profil requis du candidat:
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields. - Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. - Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and talent strategy - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or GoogleSuite; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS tools is a plus.
