Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll be part of a dynamic recruitment team and get to experience the full hiring journey - from spotting talents through various sourcing methods to helping candidates land their roles. Your main focus:

Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

Assist in job posting across job boards, LinkedIn, and internal platforms

Conduct resume screening and shortlisting based on role requirements

Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and follow-ups

Support in preparing recruitment materials and internal reports

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR projects

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Hands-on exposure to real recruitment processes in a corporate environment

Experience working with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment partners

Development of practical skills in sourcing and HR operations

Mentorship and learning opportunities from experienced Talent Acquisition professionals

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

* Able to commit for at least 6 months for a full-time internship.

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields

* Creativity, strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across teams.

* Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

* Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
