Job Description
As an intern in the HR Shared Services (Operations & L&D) team, you are part of the support team that will provide shared services for the HR Business Partnering team in HR transactional activities.

Responsibilities
* Assist in HR system updates, e-filing of employee personal documents, and generate HR e-letters
* Process staff movements including triggering new hires, Company/Department transfers & offboarding processes
* Process and follow up on all position change requests for employees
* Prepare headcount reports, when necessary
* Support the team in streamlining and digitalisation of work processes, and update the workflows as and when there are changes
* Participate in RPA and other ad-hoc projects assigned
* Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource, Business, or any other related disciplines
* Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Detailed-oriented and meticulous
* Able to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
