Trainee Automation Engineer

MISSION
* Improve the standards of machines applicable to the TEC function in Digitalization roadmap.
* Maintain equipment reliability following the defined maintenance strategy including criticality (At optimum costs).
* Acquire, share, apply knowledge and competencies essential for effective maintenance actions.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
* Assist to Perform troubleshoot and repair Automation system failures to minimize downtime, and ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely by following all safety protocols.
* Assist Installing, repairing, and troubleshooting of Electrical systems and develop Automation systems.
* Assist Effectively execute projects to meet customer requirements, adhering to organizational standards for safety, PSG ED, Reliability Centered Maintenance, energy efficiency, and ISO compliance.
* Providing technical support in project execution, including updating project plans, managing execution, participate engineering and team meetings.
* Ensure energy optimization during the project and maintenance work execution.
* Support Technical diagnostics involve using specialized tools and methods to aid in troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis of issues.
* Developing Technical competencies of the team and facilitating training requirements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Bachelor's Degree specialized in Electrical, Electronic, Automation Engineering or equivalent.
* Strong academic background in electrical & automation principles and practices.
* Self driven, committed and a good team player.
* Basic knowledge of Engineering software & tools will be an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Strong learning agility.
