[Internship] Logistics Operations Intern

Job Description

* Follow-up shipments, deliveries and inventory of raw material & components (50%)
* Maintain master data on SAP (10%)
* Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports of deliveries and inventories as per supervisor's request (20%)
* Other admin tasks assigned by manager or supervisor (20%)

Qualifications

* Entitled as full-time student major in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business, ... during internship period
* No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
* Eloquent in English
* Eloquent in Chinese/Japanese/Korean is an advantage
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong attention to details & Effective communication
* Motivated in learning from work
* Can work independently with minimal supervision
* Active in asking & responding to assignment
* Adaptive to team's working environment & company culture
* Willing to receive feedback & take improving actions accordingly
* Have mindset that it is necessary to report for unknown things/matters in daily operation
* Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
