Context of the mission: Within the R&D Container New Product Development & Innovation team located at Braine l'Alleud (Belgium), you will support the Container leads as study director for the functional testing studies and as key contact between the Container leads and the laboratories. Details of the mission: As Support Engineer, you will be: * Providing support to the Container leads with the role of author/study director of test protocols, data analysis, and test reports. * Organizing the production and shipment of samples with the manufacturing plants and the laboratories. * Writing technical documents (Plan, Protocol, Reports). * Following up the laboratory activities for the Containers New Product Development & Innovation projects. * Supporting the laboratory team in the development and the validation of new test methods. Requisiti del candidato:

* Fluent in English * Well organized, able to prioritize and manage several activities in parallel within a cross-functional team environment. * Flexible team player * Have a critical mindset. * Strong communication skills * Excellent problem-solving skills * Highly motivated * Adhere to the Quality systems (Good Laboratory Practice/Good Documentation Practice) * Good/high quality protocol & report writing competency * Ability to design experiments and draw meaningful conclusions from data * Quality oriented * Experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device/plastics engineering is a plus * Experience with CAD software Creo and/or AutoCAD is a plus
