Job Description:

By centralizing and coordinating cross-country campaigns, events, and performance tracking, this role ensures a cohesive brand presence and accelerates our go-to-market strategies.
Furthermore, the focus on integrating innovative AI solutions for marketing will enhance our operational efficiency and scalability, directly supporting our expansion goals as a leader in energy flexibility technologies.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will report to the Head of Growth and support the marketing activities.
* Campaign & Content Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage content for LinkedIn, repurpose content using AI, and coordinate internal tasks.
* Event & Webinar Coordination: Support planning and logistics for events and webinars, manage communication, and track engagement.
* Performance & Tools: Monitor marketing KPIs, maintain content calendars, and explore AI solutions to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

* Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Experience & Hard Skills: Proficiency with Canva, LinkedIn, and project management tools; previous internship or experience in marketing (B2B/tech is a plus).
* Personal & Soft Skills: Strong organisational skills; attention to detail; proactive and creative; passionate about energy/sustainability; fluent in English.

Duration: 24 months
Remuneration: 2978,53 EUR net/month (according to the rates of July 2026)
Benefits : 30 days' leave per 12 months / Tax-free / French pension contribution
