The mission of the Junior Internal Control Analyst at Moët Hennessy Brazil, in São Paulo, is to uphold the highest standards of financial integrity and operational efficiency, aligning with the global values of the LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton group. This role is fundamental in safeguarding the company's assets, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, and providing robust financial oversight. The function involves implementing and monitoring internal controls to mitigate risks and optimize processes.
The V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) program is an initiative by Business France that enables young French and European citizens aged 18 to 28 to undertake a professional assignment abroad for a period of 6 to 24 months.
Throughout the assignment, participants are supported by the French Embassy and Business France, ensuring a secure and structured environment to gain valuable international work experience.

We are seeking a VIE candidate available to start on June 1st for the period of 12 months, with possibility of extention to 24 months.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting. Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish or Portugues. French is a plus. Professional experience & know-how: At least 2 years' experience in a business analytical role Big 4 experience would be a + Analytical and adaptable Written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build successful relationships with key stakeholders Ability to influence internal leaders and partner with them to support decision-making Possess a strong customer focus with an overall commitment to quality Technical & management skills: Solid knowledge of internal control, risk management, governance, and business/financial processes Strong analytical skills: skillful at collecting and organizing data, logically interpreting it, putting forward recommendations Good presentation skills: ability to prepare and deliver presentations to management, with the goal to drive change and make a positive impact Ability to manage complexity but the logic power to simplify and recommend pragmatic and practical solutions.
