Group HR works closely with the regions to define key priorities and policies to support business strategy.
The HR Business Partner will provide operational HR support for the Corporate Functions.
We are looking for someone passionate about HR and with attention to the data and details that impact the business and employee's experience.
Main areas of accountability
* Talent Management
· Posting of job openings (CDI, CDD, VIE, etc) internally and externally (Oracle & additional job boards)
· Screening of CVs, conduction and coordination of interviews
· Execution of recruitment-related verification procedures (Dow Jones, vetting policy, background check, etc.)
· Candidate and management follow-up
· Tracking of recruitment KPIs
· Management of the Thrive program (Internal Mobility candidates)
* Onboarding
· Pre-boarding coordination with the candidate, management, and local HR team (offer, employment contract, IT equipements, updating systems, etc.)
· Follow-up of arrival on site
· Follow-up of probation period
· Follow-up of contract end
· Monitoring of mandatory trainings
* PA & OM
· Updating of HR database
· Verification of HR database accuracy
· Maintenance of organizational structure
Other areas of accountability
HR process management
* Manage the processes in HR for your perimeter.
* Develop, based on external best practices, improvement suggestions for the HR processes currently in use.
* Seek close coordination with HR networks (local HR teams worldwilde), HRSSC Luxembourg,).
* Develop relationships with business stakeholders
Performance & Engagement Management
* Participate in the Performance Management (GEDP) cycle
* Data review and cleaning for the engagement survey
Communication
* Ability and perseverance to discuss with Managers of ArcelorMittal
* Accessible for employees of different levels.
* Understanding of intercompany sensitivities.
Profile
* Master level degree, ideally in Business, HR or similar
* Knowledge of International HR will be an advantage
* Experience working in multinational environment within the HR function
* Good communication skills and ability to adapt to various audience
* Good organizational skills
* Demonstrated ability managing quickly changing priorities and to work under deadlines
* English Fluency
* Any other European language a plus
