We are hiring a V.I.E. (Volontariat International d'Entreprise) for 24 months (2 years) based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Joining a key enterprise-wide data excellence project, you will support the team with high-impact data initiatives to improve CMMS Maintenance data quality. This position involves managing large-scale, cross-functional projects that bridge gaps between different geographies and sites.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The CMMS Data Analyst is responsible for driving data integrity and process standardization across the enterprise asset management landscape:

1. Maintenance & Engineering Process Optimization Data Standardization: Responsible for the structuring of maintenance data to support global engineering workflows and asset life extension programs. Planning & Strategy: Standardize data for Turnaround (TAR) planning and Asset Strategy execution. Maintenance Excellence: Improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) standards and drive Spare Parts Optimization to reduce inventory costs.

2. Digital Transformation & Advanced Analytics Data Remediation: Execute large-scale data unification to create a "single source of truth" for asset health. Predictive Maintenance & AI: Support the transition toward Condition-Based Maintenance and AI-driven asset health monitoring. System Integration & Mobility: Facilitate seamless CMMS-ERP integration and the deployment of mobile digital tools for field teams.

Are you a MATCH?

Must have:
- Chemical, Process or Mechanical engineering background
- Data Analysis, Modeling exposure (studies or internship)
- Ability to collaborate & effectively communicate in a team setting
- Fluency in English
Nice to have:
- Google Workspace experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia
