About the job
Join Danone's Cycles & Procurement (C&P) function, a dynamic global organization of 1500 people managing around EUR20bn of spend across sourcing, ingredients, manufacturing equipment and services.
As HR Specialist (VIE), you will play a key role in supporting the C&P HR team in driving the adoption of skills-based development and AI capabilities across the function. You will contribute to shaping impactful learning experiences and talent development initiatives for a global population.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on role at the crossroads of HR, learning and digital transformation, offering strong autonomy and exposure to international stakeholders.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will play a key part in driving the transformation of learning and talent development within the Cycles & Procurement function:
1. Skills & AI Transformation
* Drive the adoption of skills-based development and career frameworks across C&P
* Support and accelerate the deployment of AI capabilities through learning & development
* Lead communication initiatives to promote AI and skills training across the global population
2. Learning Strategy & Delivery
* Design and lead a global learning roadmap for a population of 1500 FTE
* Develop and deploy modular learning content in partnership with Academy and CoE teams
* Contribute to building impactful and engaging learning experiences for employees
3. Data & Continuous Improvement
* Analyze learning and people data to support decision-making and track impact
* Monitor learners' feedback and evaluate training effectiveness
* Continuously improve learning paths and employee experience based on insights
4. HR Projects & Stakeholder Collaboration
* Partner closely with HRBPs, HR teams and key stakeholders across the organization
* Support HR teams with ad hoc requests related to learning and people data
* Contribute to cross-functional HR projects (Talent, Engagement, People Cycle)
* Identify talent trends and help design and implement relevant solutions
* Support the maintenance of the global organizational blueprint (OrgVue)
The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.
Hard skills
* First experience (1–3 years) in HR, learning or people development
* Experience in project management (from ideation to execution)
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
* Interest or experience with AI tools
* Understanding of skills frameworks, competencies or organizational capabilities is a plus
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
Soft skills
* Strong communication skills with the ability to bring clarity and simplicity
* Confidence to challenge and present a point of view
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
* Strong organization skills and excellence in execution
* High learning agility
* Collaborative mindset and ability to engage multiple stakeholders
Are you eligible for a V.I.E?
V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.
* You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
* You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
* You have never done a V.I.E before.
