Summary of Role

Nidec Power is looking for a Commercial Support Engineer to join its entity in Skelmersdale near Liverpool. The entity develops sales and manage the operations of Alternator Services & Solution contracts for customers in the UK.

Within the Electric Power Generation BU, you will provide technical and commercial support to our department in charge of low, medium, and high voltage alternators. This market is a rapidly expanding sector globally and requires strong technical expertise.
You will join our subsidiary for a 12-month VIE contract.
After becoming familiar with the technical specifications of the range, the various possible applications of these products, and our commercial procedures, your missions will include:
* Providing technical support to the existing sales team,
* Analyzing customer requests and proposing innovative solutions,
* Defining technical specifications and preparing commercial proposals,
* Recording orders in the CRM tool and ensuring order follow-up until product delivery,
* Organizing start-ups and after-sales support with our service subsidiaries.
* In general, ensuring technical and commercial follow-up of the clients under your responsibility to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Requisiti del candidato:

Profile sought:

* Graduate of higher education (Master's degree or engineering school in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, or a related field ideally complemented by a master's in business or a business school curriculum).
* Good communication, interpersonal skills, and strong commercial/customer orientation. Able to show initiative and enjoy teamwork as well as versatility.
* Proficiency in English
