Do you want to start your international career in a structured and people-oriented consulting environment, while gradually developing within business development, leadership and consulting management. This role offers a clear learning path toward becoming a Consultant Manager or Business Manager within ALTEN.
As a VIE Junior Consultant Manager at ALTEN Sweden in Stockholm, you will work closely with experienced Consultant Managers and gain hands-on exposure to how consulting organizations operate. The role combines coordination, people interaction, customer exposure and recruitment-related activities. You will receive close coaching and continuous support while progressively taking on more responsibility.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will mainly work with coordination and support activities, such as:
* supporting Consultant Managers in their daily work and customer-related activities
* coordinating consultants assigned to customer projects
* following up on onboarding, assignment status and consultant well-being
* participating in recruitment activities together with Talent Acquisition, including interviews and candidate coordination
* supporting internal planning, follow-up and coordination within the consulting organization
Over time, you will gradually take on more responsibility within business development, recruitment

Requisiti del candidato:

Who we are looking for We are looking for a junior and motivated profile with strong interpersonal and organizational skills and an interest in business and leadership.
