Join our Global Supply Chain Europe Planning performance team, through an exciting VIE as an AI Supply Chain Transformation Leader, based in Budapest, Hungary. This role blends innovation and operations across Europe Supply Chain teams. You will drive AI adoption while leading hands-on inventory rebalancing-combining strategic impact with operational execution. Key missions : Lead the development and deployment of Artificial Intelligence initiatives within the Europe Supply Chain Planning function. Collaborate closely with technical teams to implement defined AI solutions.Train and coach teams on AI best practices (e.g., chatbot usage), providing practical, business-oriented use cases to drive adoption. Manage inter-regional inventory rebalancing across Europe, addressing both shortages and excess stock based on requests, and ensuring full end-to-end follow-up. Contribute to the Rebalancing Automation Project in partnership with the Corporate team. Maintain and oversee database to ensure data accuracy and usability. Proactively monitor European inventory levels and lead excess stock rebalancing campaigns to optimize supply chain efficiency. Master's degree (Engineering, Supply Chain, Data/Analytics or related field) First experience (internship/apprenticeship) in Supply Chain, data analysis, or digital/automation projects in an international environment Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a plus Interest in Artificial Intelligence and automation, with the ability to translate technical topics into business use cases Familiarity with Supply Chain concepts (planning, inventory management, rebalancing) and ERP/planning tools is a plus Fluent in English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills What's in it for you: Gain hands-on experience in driving AI use cases within supply chain planning, from design to deployment in a real business environment Develop strong cross-functional collaboration skills by working with planning, distribution, IT, and data teams across Europe Build expertise in inventory optimization and inter-regional rebalancing, managing both shortage and excess situations end-to-end Strengthen your ability to lead digital transformation initiatives, combining data-driven decision-making with operational execution at scale Let us learn about you!
