Principais responsabilidades:

* Atuar na formulação, organização e execução de ações presenciais e virtuais relacionadas à Cultura, Pertencimento e Bem-Estar;
* Compilar, analisar e divulgar KPIs relacionados à inclusão, com ênfase em gênero, raça/etnia, pessoas com deficiência (PCDs) e LGBTQIAPN+;
* Controlar a cota de Pessoas com Deficiência (PCDs) e aprendizes;
* Gerenciar a agenda anual de eventos, reuniões e treinamentos de Diversidade (com adaptação para os três turnos da fábrica);
* Formular e publicar conteúdos em áudio, vídeo, imagens e textos na rede social interna;
* Dialogar com diversas áreas da empresa para promover engajamento

Por que você?
Suas qualificações:
* Idade entre 18 e 22 anos;
* Ensino Médio completo;
* Desejável estar cursando Ensino Superior;
* Desejável conhecimento em Pacote Office, com foco em Excel e PowerPoint;
* Interesse em iniciar carreira na área de Recursos Humanos, com foco em Inclusão e Pertencimento;
* Disponibilidade para atuar de forma híbrida em Jacarepaguá e Barra da Tijuca.
