Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
You join our Governance management team within the General Secretariat of Natixis, which is looking for a Lawyer, for an alternation of 1 year from August 2026.

Within the scope of Natixis in France and internationally, in coordination with the head of DPS activity or the senior DPS lawyer, you will actively participate in the following works:

As part of the daily activities of the DPS team:
* the drafting and updating of delegation templates,
* the drafting of legal documentation provided to third parties,
* the support of professions and support functions in their awareness of the delegation management system,
* specialized legal monitoring.
As part of the various projects to be carried out in 2026/2027, notably:
* the renewal of all delegation chains following a change in governance,
* the deployment across all Natixis business lines of a framework for monitoring compliance with the rules for signing contractual commitments.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC+5 level, you are preparing a university or business school degree with a specialization in business law.

A first experience in legal functions within a bank or a law firm is appreciated.

Editorial rigor, organization, dynamism and analytical skills are essential. Moreover, your interpersonal skills and team spirit will be appreciated assets.

You are comfortable with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
