* Amélioration de la performance du Département via la VT
* Standardisation des plans d'action
* Pilotage groupe de travail de résolution de problème
* Digitaliser le département
* Maîtriser les paramètres process via les outils Power (mention manuscrite)

Activité de la mission (description du poste) :
* Écrire des gammes standard
* Analyse QC Story sur les défauts récurrents et consultation de fournisseur
* Suivi des indicateurs, planification et compte rendu des groupes de travail
* Management transverse
