APPRENTICESHIP POSITION (12 months)
* The apprentice will assist and report to the Creative Operation team of Frédéric Malle and Kilian Paris brands. On the one hand, the apprentice will ensure the entire invoicing process, using our dedicated SAP tools. On the other hand, the apprentice will manage deal memos and legal documents to ensure the usage right tracking.

Supplier registration: purchase order & invoice coordination - 70%
* Supplier registration
* Raise the purchase orders
* Enforce ELC Policy
* Request the advance payments
* Follow-up the coordination & collaboration with procurement teams
* Ensure the invoice sending
* Be the main contact for supplier for the administrative part
* Update budget trackers
* Report to creative op team and financial teams
Contracts & Usage Right Tracking - 30%
* Edit and follow-up of Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA), Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Scope of Works (SOW) documents.
* Edit and ensure deal memo signatures.
* Update usage right trackers.

Qualifications

* Student in M1 or M2
* Apprenticeship contract for 1 year (minimum)
* Fluent in French and English (speaking and writing)
* Familiar with Excel
* Know accounting standards and tools (SAP/ Ariba)
* Confortable with office tools
* Very rigorous and well organized
