Votre profil :

Formation :
Vous préparez un BTS SIO ou équivalent.

Compétences :
* Bonne maîtrise de l'environnement Windows
* Aisance avec les outils du pack Office
* Connaissances de base en réseaux et systèmes seraient un plus
* Permis B obligatoire pour ce poste
* Bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
* Bon niveau rédactionnel
* Bonne élocution
* Sens et respect du service client
* Capacité d'écoute et d'adaptation
* Savoir travailler en équipe
