Job Description

You are joining our Primary team within the Global Markets Operations-Securities Settlements department, which is looking for a Securities Manager - Bonds Trade Lifecycle - Primary Market for a 1-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the compliance of legal documentation, particularly in the context of bank issuances and syndicated (or non-syndicated) issuances on behalf of external issuers;
* Enriching, validating, and confirming operations in the information systems;
* Ensuring the settlement/delivery of operations in French and international markets (including Euroclear Bank, but also the Italian, Spanish, and American domestic markets);
* Escalating information and encountered issues to the relevant departments (middle office, front office, legal, accounting, etc.);
* Resolving disagreements observed on operations with counterparties (numerous contacts with counterparties, custodians, paying agents, etc.);
* Performing necessary reconciliations for the control of this activity (monitoring of internal and external suspense accounts);
* Monitoring security events;
* Producing activity monitoring reports;
* Managing security and cash "suspense" accounts.
* Participating in the construction of KPIs for the team and monitoring training plans for versatile skills development.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at BAC+5 level, you are pursuing a university or business school degree with a specialization in Market Finance. You have good knowledge of interest rate securities and their processing. You possess good interpersonal skills, a client-oriented mindset, and you enjoy teamwork. And last but not least, you are fluent in English.
