Job Description

You join our transversal pole within the Web Applications team, which is looking for a developer, for a alternation of 2 years from the September 2026.
The Web Applications offer, via the eSmart portal, provides Natixis clients and sales teams with pricing and trading tools for hedging and currency hedging products. The sales and trading teams request constant evolutions of these applications.
In the past, we had developed a monitoring tool called 'Big Brother'. However, this tool is no longer fully adapted to our current needs. Moreover, as our organization has evolved, we must now integrate with the tools used by technical and application support teams. Therefore, a redesign of this tool is necessary.
The team is composed of 2 business analysts and 2 developers in Paris and 3 developers in Porto.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Understand the technical environment and monitoring tools already used in the company;
* Exchange with the team and the business to understand critical processes and properly target monitoring (potentially establish SLAs);
* Build a monitoring tool and/or feed existing tools;
* Document the alerts and resolution processes for the support teams.
