Job Description

You join our Marketing and Customer Solutions team within the Marketing department, which is looking for a Communication Officer, for a 2-year apprenticeship from September 2026.
Within our Marketing and Customer Solutions department at Teora, you will be under the responsibility of the Sales and Communication Manager and in connection with the entire Marketing team, but also all other departments of the entity and our different clients.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
Communication & Marketing:
* Creation and writing multi supports: print and digital, infographics, video, podcasts;
* Community management: writing and image posting the LinkedIn company page of Teora;
* General support for the marketing and communication team in their daily tasks.
Event communication:
* Participation in the organization of internal and external events (afterwork, plenary ...): location research, proposal writing, provider management, logistical follow-up, promotion and satisfaction survey;
* Participation in the management of advertising items and customer gifts.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC+4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (university or business school) with a specialization in Communication.
You have a good mastery of the Office Pack, notably PowerPoint, and you also master DTP software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) as well as video editing.
You are recognized for your organization, your rigor, your autonomy, your interpersonal skills and your team spirit.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
