POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining our Sales Management team within the CIB Finance department, which is looking for a Commercial management officer, for a alternation from 1 to 2 years from September 2026.
Finance CIBCommercial Management is responsible for the production and quality assurance of CIB clients' revenues as well as client profitability (EVA/ROE).
It provides a standard-setting and independence function in the production of indicators for monitoring sales performance throughout the CIB (Sales Global Markets, Originators, Coverage Officers) on all platforms: US, Asia and Europe.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Monthly production of customer profitability (NBI, RWA, ROE/EVA, etc.)
* Improving visualization tools in coordination with IT (PBI, Business Object)
* Participation in various projects: decommissioning tools, strategic projects, automation of recurring processes

This work-study program will allow the candidate to:
- to work closely with the CIB Client Office on commercial management: ensuring the reliability of tools, processes, and various indicators
- to work closely with IT for production monitoring but also to carry out corrective, improvement, and automation actions

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC+3/4/5 student, you are preparing a university or business school degree with a specialization in Finance/Economics.
You are familiar with the Office tools. Knowledge of the PBI tool would be a plus. You have good interpersonal skills, curiosity, rigor, adaptability, a spirit of initiative, a logical sense and dynamism.
