Roles & Responsibilities (Draft)

* Assist in the operation, Trouble shooting, and repairing of lifts (elevators) and escalators under supervision.
* Support routine preventive maintenance and inspection activities to ensure equipment safety and performance.
* Help troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
* Learn to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
* Follow safety procedures, including use of PPE, lockout/tagout practices, and site safety guidelines.
* Assist senior technicians in repair, replacement, and adjustment of components such as motors, controllers, doors, and safety devices.
* Maintain service records, checklists, and reports as per company standards.
* Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of work areas and equipment.
* Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and site personnel for smooth task execution.
* Participate in training programs to develop technical knowledge and hands-on skills in lift and escalator systems.
