* UTCJ Students about to start in the 8th semester
* English level: B1
* Results-oriented and customer-focused.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Teamwork and collaboration.
* Effective communication (oral and written).
* Adaptability and willingness to rotate between different areas.
* Proactivity and willingness to learn.
* Basic/intermediate knowledge of Office software.
* Knowledge of software architecture, agile methodologies, and technical documentation.
* Experience or knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, ER diagrams, normalization).
* Structured and object-oriented programming (Python, frameworks, version control).
* Application development and testing (Docker, Postman, testing).
* Operating system management (Unix, GNU/Linux, web servers, AWS, deployment automation).
* Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, responsive design, API consumption).
* Basic cybersecurity (types of attacks, protection methods).
