What you'll be doing

As an Apprentice Highways Maintenance Operative you'll be acting as a caretaker of our roads. You'll repair potholes, clear drains, and ensure road signs and markings are visible. It's about keeping our highways safe and operational. You'll learn practical maintenance skills and how to use various tools and machinery.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience. No formal qualifications are required for our Level 2 Apprenticeship, as it offers a blend of practical, on-the-job training alongside structured learning to help you develop key skills.
