To support our existing business and drive future growth, we have 4 Apprentice opportunities within our Operations function.
What you will do:

Hydro-Mechanical - Carrying out repair and overhaul activities on fuel pumps, actuators, metering units, and other engine-related components.
What you will learn:
Throughout the programme, you will complete a combination of vocational theory and practical, on-the-job training. This training will be delivered in partnership with our training provider, In-Comm, and will lead to the achievement of the Engineering & Manufacturing Support Technician Level 3 qualification.
In addition, you will complete all required training to obtain a certification stamp, enabling you to work independently once qualified.
Skills and Experience Required:
We expect that you will be just starting your career in Operations so, alongside our training partner, we will delight in training and supporting you through your career journey to successfully complete your apprenticeship. That means you need to be a willing learner and committed to achieving both business and personal results whilst working as part of a team.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Aerospace Manufacturing. You will be computer literate, with good time management skills and a high level of attention to detail.
You will have obtained a minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above including Mathematics and English and a STEM subject.
What We Offer:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to progress into a Test Technician role within either the Electronics or Hydro-Mechanical cell, depending on your personal interests and business needs. Then? Well, like our products, the sky's the limit!
