工作职责:
1.负责产品焊接工艺技术支持、图纸结构工艺审查，工艺方案与工装、工位器具设计
2.负责工艺文件编制、生产BOM维护、产品工艺定额及生产工艺改进优化
3.负责现场工艺执行情况审核、工艺知识培训和人员技能认证
4.提供现场工艺技术指导，解决生产过程中相关问题
5.对接内部及外部相关审核，提供相关技术支持
6.负责焊接新材料、新工艺、新装备的研究及推广应用
7.负责焊接制造工艺流程及布局的优化，从安全、质量、成本、速度方面对结构件及环境不断改进，支持产能的实施

任职要求:
学历及专业:焊接技术与工程、材料成型及控制工程（焊接方向）、机械设计制造及自动化,本科及以上学历. 熟悉操作AutoCAD及3D设计软件和工厂模拟. 具有较强的学习能力、研究分析能力及技术文档编写能力.
4. 具有较强的团队协作与沟通能力:在校或实习期间有独立负责项目经验者优先.
5. 具有良好的英语读、听、说能力者优先.

What You Will Do:
Responsible for product welding process technical support, drawing structure process review, process plan and tooling, workstation equipment design Responsible for process SWS/SWES (standard work sheet) documentation preparation, production BOM/routing maintenance and production process improvement optimization Monitor on-site process execution status in production, provide knowledge training, and skill certification verification support. Provide on-site process technology guidance and solve related problems in the production process Support internal and external audits and provide relevant technical support Responsible for optimizing the welding manufacturing process and layout, continuously improving structural components and the environment in terms of safety, quality, cost, and speed, and supporting the implementation of production capacity Based on the principles of lean production and work between different departments, continuously improve

What skills you have:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Welding Technology and Engineering, Material Forming and Control Engineering (welding direction), Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation etc.
2. Familiar with operating AutoCAD and 3D design software, as well as factory simulation
3. Strong learning ability, research and analysis ability, and technical document writing ability
4. Teamwork and communication skills: Independently lead projects during school or internship are preferred.
5. Good English capability in reading, listening and speaking is preferred.

These position requires working onsite five days a week.
