About the Role:

This is your chance to join us with a 3-Year Structured Graduate Program designed to develop talents across one or more European countries, for those seeking an international career in Operations.

You will find exciting Roles and Projects within our Operations organization, guided by experienced Ferrero leaders who will support your growth, combined with a transparent Career Path with defined roles and locations throughout the program, and a post-program position in your Country of Origin (subject to change due to business needs).

PROGRAM ASSIGNMENTS

As part of our Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to gain international and cross-functional experience through two structured assignments:

1. First Assignment (1 year): You will take on the role of Demand Planning Specialist within the Commercial Supply Chain function in Alba, Italy.
2. Second Assignment (2 years): You will join our Plant Operating Planning within the Industrial function in Germany.

This program is designed to accelerate your development, broaden your expertise, and prepare you for future challenging roles within Operations.

Main Responsibilities:

1st Assignment: Commercial Demand Planning Specialist in Alba, Italy.

In this role, you will contribute to the deployment and control of consolidated demand planning at regional level within the S&OP cycle, supporting the Demand Planning Manager and business stakeholders in achieving forecast accuracy aligned with service level and cost-to-serve targets.

You will act as a key Supply Chain interface for Sales and Marketing across the end-to-end planning process, collecting and aggregating historical and forecast data within a common framework and maintaining continuous interaction with stakeholders to capture updates and adjust plans accordingly.

You will develop demand plans across the full S&OP horizon by analyzing trends, commercial initiatives and customer inputs, translating demand into operational delivery plans by SKU, week, quantity and price, and implementing them in the relevant planning tools.

You will also prepare KPIs and reporting, support local S&OP meetings ensuring decisions are reflected in the demand plan, and contribute to the annual budget process by identifying, assessing and operationalizing discontinuities.

About You:

You will bring your Master's degree (MSc, 5 years of studies) in Management Engineering or Economics or related field, with an excellent academic record, achieved within maximum 12 months.
As a great communicator, fluency in English and Italian will be essential to cover this position. Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience with a statistical forecasting tool will also be highly valued.
