Descrizione del lavoro:
You asked for it, and we built it.
When we launched the Nordic Graduate Program in January, the response from students across the region was more enthusiastic than we ever imagined. Your curiosity, your energy, and your readiness to start building the future pushed us to take the next step.
And that's how the Nordic Graduate - Digital Builders track was born.
This track is for graduates who want to grow fast, work on meaningful projects, and be part of building digital and sustainable infrastructure across the Nordics. From your first day as a Schneider Electric graduate, you'll step into real work, real responsibility, and real development.
About the Program
The Nordic Graduate - Digital Builders Program is a two-year journey starting in September 2026, built to support your professional and personal growth while giving you hands-on experience from day one.
During the program, you will experience:
* An onboarding that helps you understand the business and meet the people you'll rely on throughout your journey.
* Rotations across teams so you can try things, test things, and figure out what you enjoy.
* Hands-on learning with experts who help you get better every day.
* Mentorship and coaching that support you, challenge you, and celebrate you.
* A Nordic graduate community that has your back in year one, and a Digital Builders community that grows as the program grows.
Location: Norway · Oslo
Extras: This is a paid graduate program, and you will transition into a long-term role at Schneider Electric after completing the program.
What we are looking for
You're a recent graduate in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Engineering Management, or a related field, and you're ready to step into a collaborative environment where you can put your knowledge into practice. You're comfortable communicating in both English and Norwegian, and you bring a genuine interest in learning, contributing, and working on real projects alongside experienced colleagues.
Why Schneider Electric?
Ask people why they stay, and you'll hear the same themes:
the people, the purpose, the opportunity to create real impact.
You'll join teams working on challenges that matter, making energy safer, buildings smarter, and cities more sustainable. You'll work with people who live our IMPACT values every day and who remember exactly what it felt like to start their own journey.
Schneider is a place where your ideas can shape real projects, where your work contributes to something bigger, and where your career can grow in the direction you choose.
How to Apply
If this program sounds like a place where you can grow, learn, and make an IMPACT, then we'd love to hear from you. Apply as early as you can, we review applications continuously, and we can't wait to meet the next group of Digital Builders.
