You will have stretching rotations supporting areas such as Data Strategy and Management, Clinical Operation Platform and Innovation. As you experience these varied fields of expertise, you will learn exactly what it takes to get a drug approved.

What will you do?

* Collaborate with top clinical scientists, operational and technical experts in the delivery of clinical trial data to advance medicines and vaccine development.

* Gain insights into managing data and innovative platform for clinical trial from planning and execution.

* Receive training in clinical data management and data operation, then apply your newly acquired skills for hands on management of clinical trial data, in adherence with study protocols, regulatory and industry standards.

* Become familiar with industry-wide best practices and help define and promote standards across Global Clinical Operations functions

* Identify opportunities to introduce innovative approaches for improvements and support with implementation. For example, automating processes applying data engineering expertise and data modelling as enabler of reliable automation to drive efficiencies.

* Seek to resolve problems in a proactive manner, discussing problems with line manager to obtain advice and endorsement to approach.

* Build effective working relationships and organisational networks.

* Participate in mandatory training and completion of training records.

Our R&D Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate the development of graduates who don't have significant previous professional work experience in the area to which they are applying. #DataScienceGPThe Poland annual base salary for Early Career new hires in this position is PLN 134,300 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer's discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law.
