About the Role

This is a general finance position. Specific functional placement will occur after the completion of the onboarding training. Possible functional areas you might join include:
* Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):​ Focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting .
* Accounting & Reporting:​ Handling general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and preparing financial statements .
* Treasury & Cash Management:​ Managing cash flow, banking relationships, and funding needs .
* Tax Compliance:​ Ensuring adherence to tax regulations and preparing tax filings .
* Internal Audit:​ Evaluating internal controls and ensuring process compliance

What You'll Do

* Process accounts payable activities, including supplier reconciliation, data entry, and verifying supporting documents to ensure accounting consistency.
* Support accounts receivable management by assisting with invoicing, payment matching, and preparing ageing analysis reports for overseas transactions.
* Assist in treasury operations, handling multi-currency payment instructions, bank reconciliations, and contributing to daily cash flow forecasting.
* Aid in the preparation of routine financial reports related to payables, receivables, and cash management, providing reliable data support.
* Support tax compliance processes and participate in financial digitalization projects or system updates (e.g., ERP maintenance).

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, or a related field.
* Proficient in advanced Excel functions and financial software (e.g., Kingdee, Yonyou, Oracle/SAP). Strong data analysis skills are advantageous.
* Attention to detail, basic understanding of accounting standards, and good teamwork and communication skills
