Trainee Engineer (FEDP)

Mobility is the goal

The aim of the Field Engineers Development Program (FEDP) is to build a pool of field engineers with the following capabilities:
* To be skilled in Schindler's products and technologies
* Rounded capabilities to support both new and existing installations
* Train and develop technicians
You will be the facilitators of consistent and standardization of technician's performance.
You will be introduced to Schindler's business processes in the first phase of the program. In the second phase, you will receive classroom and on-the-job training to learn Schindler's latest products and technology, and acquire technical skills, learning from the ground up.
Upon successful completion of the 24 months on-the-job development, you will undergo further development as part of our technical resource succession planning to become a technical expert, technical manager and beyond.

Mobility needs you

* Engineering Degree from a reputable university (electrical/electronic, Mechanical or equivalent background).
* Possess problem solving, people and achievement orientation competency.
* Willingness to work in a construction site to learn Schindler's field processes.
