Project Management Graduate Trainee (1 Year contract - Immediate start)

As a Project Management Graduate Trainee, you will:

* Competitive Analysis:
* Conduct in-depth research and analysis of competitor activities within mass beauty space, monitoring digital trends, social media strategies, offline activations and new product launches.
* Prepare regular reports summarizing key competitor insights and provide actionable recommendations to inform Marketing strategies.
* Day-to-Day Reporting:
* Assist the brand team in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and initiatives.
* Compile data and generate regular reports on Marketing activation performance, tracking initiatives and identifying areas for optimization and growth.
* Campaign Ideation:
* Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, while aligning with the brand values and marketing objectives.
* Assist in developing campaign concepts, messaging, and content strategies that resonate with the target audience.
* End-to-End Campaign Execution:
* Assist in managing campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met, and track results to measure campaign effectiveness.
