Tus retos

Key Responsibilities
Overall support in the management of digital solutions to support and improve efficiency of retail execution and staff management including:
* Manage incidents using platforms like ServiceNow and JIRA: from ticket creation to resolution, helping users, IT teams, and development partners.

* Test new features and validate data to guarantee smooth system integrations.

* Participate in defining functional requirements, ensuring feasibility and user adoption.

* Prepare technical documentation and training materials to ensure solution continuity.

* Provide day-to-day support for digital solutions that enhance retail execution.

* Collaborate with technology partners and internal stakeholders using agile methodologies.

Knowledge (Technical Skills)
* Understanding of web applications, databases, and basic programming concepts.
* Familiarity with cloud infrastructure.
* Experience or interest in agile working methods and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
* Experience or interest in Retail and SAP technologies.
Soft Skills
* Strong team spirit and relationship-building mindset.
* Proactive, hands-on attitude.
* Excellent communication and writing skills.

Education
Computer Engineering/Telecommunications University degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree from leading engineering or business school will be a plus.
Languages
Spanish and English professional proficiency.
