* Introduction into Workshop Services Africa Department
* Customer Complaint Process
* Workshop Purchase Figures
* Workshop Onboarding Admin Process
* Introduction into Concept Management
* Workshop Services Value Proposition
* Anti-Trust Law
* Code of Business Conduct
* Gratuity in dealing with third parties
