Nestlé Essentials: Sales & Beyond Program

The Nestlé Sales & Beyond Program is a 4-week training experience for university graduates and senior year bachelor's students who are excited to gain hands-on sales experience in the world's largest Food & Beverage company.

What to expect: Throughout this program, you will experience a hybrid learning approach that combines both experiential learning and work-shadowing which will provide you with a well-rounded introduction to all key functions in a corporate environment, with a special focus on Sales.

When & Where

When: The program will run from 2 August to 27 August 2026, every day from Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Where:  You will be based in the Jeddah Nestlé Office, however the program will include field visits to our customers to give you a real-life experience of our daily operations.

Who are we looking for:

* Fresh university graduates or senior year bachelor's students majoring in Marketing, Finance, Sales, Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR or any business-related major.

* 1 year or less of working experience.

* Males & Females based in Jeddah.

* Great communications skills, ambitious and excited to learn!
