Department: Finance
Program Duration: Initially 12 months, extendable for an additional term based on performance.
Objective
As part of Pernod Ricard Türkiye's Shake Your Future Management Trainee Program, the Commercial Finance MT will actively contribute to key financial planning and commercial performance processes that support sustainable growth.
This role offers hands-on experience in sales finance, commercial analysis, and performance tracking, working closely with Finance, FP&A, and Sales teams to provide actionable insights and strengthen business decision-making.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the preparation of financial and profitability analyses for brands, customers, and channels.
* Contribute to commercial finance analyses by evaluating sales trends, volumes, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness.
* Assist in monthly performance reporting and variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
* Collaborate with FP&A and Sales teams to ensure accurate and timely financial planning and forecasting processes.
* Participate in the month-end closing process by preparing and reconciling relevant financial data.
* Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with data analysis and reporting.
* Contribute to margin improvement and cost optimization analyses.
* Support systemic and process improvement projects within finance and controlling functions.
* Take an active role in cross-functional collaboration, enhancing communication between sales and finance departments.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
* New graduate or maximum 1 year of experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, or a similar analytical field (preferably FMCG sector)
* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Power BI, ERP, or financial reporting tools is an advantage
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn within a dynamic environment
* Fluent in English
