Contracting Specialist

Responsible for managing the creation and processing of HCP contracts using standard templates through Apollo. Ensures all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies. This role typically involves handling high volumes of contracts, requiring exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process HCP contracts using approved templates.
Validate documentation for accuracy and policy alignment.
Manage large workloads while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

HCP Onboarding Specialist

Coordinates administrative processes for HCP engagements, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Responsibilities include data entry, supporting portal onboarding, conducting debarment screenings, managing HCP tiering, and verifying COI documentation completeness.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate onboarding activities for HCPs.
Perform compliance checks, including debarment screening and COI validation.
Support portal access and maintain accurate data records.
