Handyman (m/w/d)

Sie sind handwerklich geschickt, packen gerne mit an und behalten auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig! Wir suchen einen zuverlässigen Handyman (m/w/d), der unser technisches Team tatkräftig unterstützt.

Das erwartet Sie:
* Abwechslungsreiche Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten in modernen Kundenimmobilien
* Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum
* Ein kollegiales Team, das sich gegenseitig unterstützt
* Moderne Arbeitsmittel und digitale Systeme (CAFM)
* Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden
* Vielseitige Aufgaben - kein Tag wie der andere!

Ihre Aufgaben:
* Durchführung von Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
* Pflege und Wartung der Außenanlagen
* Koordination und Überwachung externer Handwerker
* Materialbestellung und -verwaltung
* Dokumentation im CAFM-System
* Porterage-Aufgaben und Abfallmanagement
* Unterstützung des technischen Teams bei verschiedenen Projekten

Das bringen Sie mit:
* Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
* Praktische Kenntnisse in mehreren Gewerken (Elektrik, Sanitär, Tischlerei, etc.)
* Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
* Führerschein Klasse B
* Gute Deutschkenntnisse
* Kundenfreundliches Auftreten
* Erfahrung mit digitalen Wartungssystemen
* Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
* Organisationstalent
* Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen mit digitalen Wartungssystemen
