Du verantwortest die Customer Experience, analysierst KPIs, erkennst Potenziale und optimierst Prozesse entlang der gesamten Customer Journey. Durch Training, Coaching und Vorbildfunktion entwickelst du dein Team und setzt Standards für kundenorientiertes Handeln.
Du verbindest Strategie mit Umsetzung: steuerst Budgets, sicherst Produkt- und Image-Standards und treibst Verbesserungen in Fläche und Prozessen voran. Jeder Store hat seinen eigenen Rhythmus \u2013 und du gibst die Richtung vor.
Diese Rolle ist mehr als operative Steuerung. Es geht darum, Service, Ästhetik und Performance in Balance zu bringen.

* Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft idealerweise im Einzelhandel
* Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise

You guide and develop the team through training and example, fostering a customer-centric culture by living the Energies method every day. Balancing vision with execution, you manage teams and budgets, maintain product and image standards, and continuously improve processes and performance.
