The Position

Drive excellence in our local logistics operations as part of the Austrian Supply Chain team, taking ownership of order handling to deliver outstanding service to our customers

This position is a fixed-term contract for a duration of 12 to 18 months.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage order processing (incl. EDIs), customer returns, complaints, and inquiries regarding orders on a daily basis to ensure high customer satisfaction
* Responsible for documentation and archiving of processed sales orders
* SAP allocation management and problem handling
* Stock reconciliation monitoring
* Co-design distribution strategy around customer requirements and implement on the Austrian market
* Work in close collaboration with our 3PL logistic & warehousing partner, as well internal stakeholders, such as Quality and Commercial teams to ensure timely delivery to all customers in Austria

Skills to bring:
* Open-minded and friendly communication style with a strong customer-service orientation
* Fluent in English and German
* Experience with SAP is an advantage
* Analytical thinking, can-do attitude
* Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
* General interest in supply chain management and willingness to learn
